This property was owned by a couple who were heavy smokers and was to be renovated to become a rental property. After 40 years without being redecorated every surface was stained with oils and Nicotine.

  • All surfaces were cleaned with industrial degreaser prior to painting and decorating commenced

  • The walls and ceilings were sealed with specialist paint to seal the Nicotine stains.

  • Filled walls and ceilings then repaired cracks and surface umperfections

  • Sanded and primed all repairs

    Redecorated all interior walls and ceilings as part of a professional interior painting and decorating project.
